Our Story
OCEAN WAVE — a neighborhood Thai kitchen and sushi bar in Virginia-Highland.
For years, this corner on North Highland has been where Atlanta comes for fresh sushi and bold Thai flavors. In September 2024 the restaurant became independent of the Surin chain, now operated as OCEAN WAVE by the same team that has been here for years.
Every roll is cut to order. Every curry is built from a paste that starts in our own kitchen. We are proud of what we serve, and grateful for the neighbors, families, and regulars who make this place feel like home.
